-Is there a MOQ?
We have NO MINIMUM! You can order 1 or 100.

-How long does orders take to process?
Typical orders take about 1-3 business days to process. 

-What long is shipping?
Standard shipping times are 2-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. After orders are shipped, RieMac Creations is no longer liable for lost or damaged items upon arrival. Please reach out to your post office to file a claim. Feel free to reach out for assistance.

-Can I combine orders?
You may combine up to two orders if we catch your request in time! You must put the order number of your first order in the notes of your second order.

-Can I change or cancel my order?
You may send an email to support@riemaccreations.com to request a change or cancellation. However, once orders begin processing, you may not be able to change or cancel your order.
